A few months ago, our sweet, beautiful Sophie unexpectantly returned home to our Heavenly Father. Its been such a difficult time for us, as you can imagine. Our arms ache to hold her again. How we wish to hear her sweet voice, to make her laugh, and give her tiny kisses right in the middle of her forehead. Our faith in the Lord's plan and our hope for his promises for the future have kept us afloat these last few months. But I have ached to share more of my thoughts and experiences with friends, family, loved ones, or anyone else who wants to hear. Being so far from so many I love has been so hard and at times has made me feel so lonely. So here is my attempt to share some of my life, to try to not feel so alone, and more than anything-maybe to help someone else in the process.
